Now you can enjoy the flavors of our house in yours for your next party or gathering. Select from some of your favorite menu items, some new seasonal items or classic platters. Cooking for you is our pleasure. Serving your guests our tasteful creations will be yours.

Soup

  • Chef’s Selection - $16 per quart
    (Soups can be tailored towards your taste with three or more days advance notice)

Salads

  • Brie Salad - $6 per person
    baby greens with Brie cheese and fresh fruit, tossed with a red grape vinaigrette
  • Caesar Salad - $5 per person
    romaine lettuce tossed with our homemade roast garlic dressing and topped with crostini
  • Individual Crouton Cup Salad - $4 each
    baby greens with Manchego cheese, toasted almonds and red grape vinaigrette in crispy crouton cups

Entrees

  • Whole poached salmon - $15 per person
    served with a fresh dill sauce and cucumber relish
  • Pasta Rolatini - $9 per person
    3 cheeses, fresh spinach and caramelized onion rolled in fresh pasta sheets
  • Paella Platter (by the pan)
    Freshest seasonal seafood, sausage, saffron rice, grilled vegetables and cumin oil

  • Shrimp & cilantro fritters - $30 per dozen
    with a red onion-cucumber-chive remoulade for dipping
  • Sliced sirloin of beef - $25 per dozen
    served on our house made rolls with herb mayo and greens
  • Pecan crust crab cheesecake - $40 each
    pie/12 slices savory pie with a Tabasco crème fraiche
  • Gruyere & herb cheese puffs - $12 per dozen
    tasty pillows of cheese and fresh herbs
  • Pear Wraps - $25 per dozen
    grilled pear, blue cheese and dried cherries wrapped in Pancetta ham
  • Bruschetta - $25 per dozen
    topped with roasted mushroom, goat cheese and sun dried tomato

    pan seared and served with an herb remoulade

    with 4oz. of our house made roast garlic olive oil please add $2

  • Fondue & Focaccia (a house favorite!) warm fondue of Gruyere Swiss cheese blended with white truffle oil served with grilled focaccia bread squares for dipping
    $20 /pint includes four doz. focaccia squares and long wooden skewers
  • Fruit & Cheese classic assortment of fresh seasonal fruits and selection of imported and domestic cheeses. (special order cheeses require 7 days notice)

Inspired by the foods from the coast of the Northern Mediterranean, between the cities of Barcelona, Spain and Rome, Italy, Meridian 42 offers a new look on the old world.

Over the past five years, Meridian 42 has been creating some of the Outer Banks finest and most creative dishes.

Many of those items are now mainstays on our menus because of their over whelming demand and enjoyment.

We hope your favorite is among the choices offered here and that you will find something new to fall in love with.

From our kitchen to your table, your satisfaction and enjoyment is our goal.

If you would like us to recommend wine pairings with your catering selections we would be happy to do so. There is 25% discount on wine list prices!

  • A minimum of three days advance notice is required for all carry-out catering.
  • All of our selections are made fresh and are dependant upon availability of ingredients.
  • A deposit of 50% is due at order and the balance is due upon delivery or pick-up.
  • Deliveries in the 27949 Zip code are free of charge. All other areas will be billed an additional $20.
  • Deliveries are limited to areas north of the Oregon Inlet.
  • Instructions on any preparation, heating, serving and re-warming will be provided in writing with your order.
  • All items are served in/on reusable or disposable serving trays and chafers.
  • If you plan on using your own trays or serving dishes please let us know and we will package them accordingly.
  • We do not supply serving utensils or staff.
